TASTES OF THE MOUNTAIN

One of the best-known delicacies you can taste in the Asiago Plateau is the cheese, prepared in various degrees of ripeness. However, it is not the only speciality of the region: there are also the potatoes of Rotzo, the celery of Rubbio, the dandelion of Conco, cold cuts, honey, jams, and many other specialties of exceptional quality.
